There is no curbside rideshare at LAX. All Uber and Lyft pickups route through the LAX-it lot via shuttle, which adds 20–40 minutes.
The FlyAway boards curbside on the Arrivals level at the blue FlyAway columns — no LAX-it at all. $12.75 per person, departs every 30 minutes, 35–55 minute ride to Union Station.
Uber via LAX-it costs ~$60 and gets you to the hotel at the same time. Take the bus.
